RETURN POLICY

Your item must be in original packaging with attached receipt or proof of purchase. Any used, damaged or altered items, or anything that Pat’s considers questionable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If your return is approved, we will refund to your original payment method. Please pack your return carefully - we are not responsible for damages or loss of returned shipments. We recommend that you ship with a service that provides tracking and insurance. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
